FULFIL: PROTECTING AND PROMOTING FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF MIGRANT WOMEN IN EUROPE

European Network of Migrant Women is starting FULFIL, a new project funded by the CERV Fund of the European Union, in partnership with Association Olympe in France, Iroko Onlus in Italy and Association against Femicide in Portugal, as well as two legal firms –  Artemis in France and Parolin Law firm in Italy – as well as the European Women’s Lawyers Association (EWLA). 

This project will focus on capacity-building of legal professionals in the area of strategic litigation on the cases of breaches of fundamental rights of migrant women in Europecapacity-building of migrant women and civil society organisations (CSOs) working with them on legal cases, as well as building a case-law database

PROJECT RESULTS

We are very pleased to have selected the Ethics & Quality Committee for the FULFIL project, concerned with building capacity of legal professionals to protect fundamental rights of migrant women in Europe. The Committee will overview the implementation of the project, in particular from the quality and ethics perspective.

 

The members of the Committee are feminist legal expertspolicy specialists and lawyers in the wider membership of European Network of Migrant Women and European Women Lawyers Association.
