Internal Call for Proposals for ENOMW FULL member organisations

We are launching a call only to the full member Organisations of the European Network of Migrant Women with funding from the European Union. Through its Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) scheme, 30% of the project’s total budget is allocated to full member organisations in the form of small grants.  

The objective is to support member organisations in advancing the implementation, monitoring, and promotion of the EU Directive on Combating Violence against Women and Domestic Violence. The total budget available under this call is of EUR 50,000 and we are offering 5 grants of EUR 10,000 each.  

These grants will support targeted actions contributing to the objectives of the Directive.  

Eligibility:  

  • Open only to full member organisations of the European Network of Migrant Women;  
  • Annual budget below 300.000 Euro (last closed financial year).  

Objective:  

Funded projects must contribute to strengthening the implementation of the EU Directive on combating violence against women and domestic violence at national level.  

Eligible Activities:  

All funded activities must be directly linked to the objectives of the call for proposals and all applicant organisations must comply with the EU Core Values as listed in Article 2 of the Treaty of the European Union (TEU). Eligible activities may include:  

  • Organisation of policy roundtables, conferences or stakeholder consultations.  
  • National-level advocacy initiatives.  
  • Monitoring activities.  
  • Capacity-building initiatives, including training and webinars.  
  • Research, mapping exercises, or gap analysis related to the implementation of the Directive.  

 

Financing Schedule:

  • The funding covers 100% or project related costs without co-financing required. The payment will be executed in 2 steps as follows:
  • 90% of the grant will be transferred to the bank account of the organisation upon signature of the Sub Grant Agreement and submission of a payment request form to ENOMW
  • 10% of the grant will be transferred to the bank account of the organisation within 15 days, upon the completion of the project, submission of all necessary reports and evidence (narrative and financial reports) within the reporting period deadline (1-30 November 2026), and their approval for ENOMW. 

 

Reporting Requirements:

All funded projects will follow the below reporting protocol:

  • Submission of narrative / technical report in a predesigned template accompanied by the deliverables listed in the Sub Grant Agreement corresponding to each grantee/project.
  • Submission of a financial report in a predesigned template accompanied by receipts / invoices for all cost categories except travel, accommodation and subsistence, which will be reported based on the European Commission’s established unit costs, accompanied by the relevant evidence (e.g. attendance sheets, rooming lists, boarding passes). A document with more detailed guidelines on the unit cost reporting will be provided to the grantees at the stage of signing Sub Grant agreements.

Timeline:  

  • Applications may be submitted between May 15 to June 15 2026. 
  • Applicants will be notified of the results on 22 June, 2026.  
  • Project implementation is expected to take place from 1st of July to 31st of October 2026  
  • Financial and narrative reporting must be submitted between 1st of November and 30th of November, latest.  

Evaluation Process:

All applications will be first screened for eligibility by ENOMW Secretariat and further assessed by the Selecting Committee based on the following criteria and scores

Only the applications that passed the threshold of 70 will be qualified for funding. Among those applications, 5 will be selected for finding based on highest scores among them. 

All applicants will be informed about the evaluation outcome in writing, and provided a feedback. In case of disagreement with the evaluation results, applicants may request further clarifications or appeal within 7 days of being notified, by sending an email to info@migrantwomennetwork.org, with their request attached as a Word or PDF document.
